TASITE Nomination for Committee Member ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Introduction TASITE comprises of both a Management and a General Committee. Management Committee All management positions will be declared vacant at the meeting. Positions (voluntary) to be filled are:

Members will need to serve at least one year on the General Committe before nominating to be a member of the Management Committee. General Committee A TASITE General Committee is elected at each Annual General Meeting and is in operation for one year. The responsibilities for General Committee Members are:
The Returning Officer, (info@tasite.tas.edu.au) must receive nominations for committee positions 4 days prior to the AGM. Committee Composition Management Committee : 1 President, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Officer (and others determined by the President). General: Maximum of 10 General Committee Members Management Committee Role of Office The roles and responsibilities of the Committee members are outlined below. The Committee shall administer these roles and responsibilities to ensure the management of TASITE. a) PRESIDENT: Overview of all operations of TASITE and representative on ACCE Board. Liason with ACS and other stakeholders. b) SECRETARY: All general TASITE correspondence and communications. Assistance with the general running of TASITE. c) TREASURER: All financial controls, payments and receipts. Financial Reports. Assistance with the general running of TASITE. Preparation for annual general audit. d) PUBLIC OFFICER: Assist the Secretary with general TASITE correspondence and communications. Assistance with the general running of TASITE. e) GENERAL COMMITTEE MEMBER: General committee operations as outlined above. Please complete the following form to register your interest.
